The door leaves of Hörmann double-action doors consist of 15 mm thick moulded polyethylene PE 500 and are extremely durable and robust. When combined with impact resistant stainless steel hinges, you get a product that is hard-wearing with a long service life. Even when subjected to extremely high stress, for example when used for forklift truck passageways, PE double-action doors are capable of taking the strain.
